FAQ

About assisted reproduction in Russia

Are you a hospital? What do you provide?
We are not a medical organization but a China–Russia medical coordination service: we help families receive treatment at licensed Russian fertility centers with full Chinese-language support. All medical care is delivered by licensed providers.
Can single women or unmarried couples do IVF?
Yes. Assisted reproduction in Russia is open to single women and unmarried couples, with no marriage certificate required — unlike the rules in China.
Is egg / sperm donation anonymous and safe?
Russia permits the use of anonymous donor eggs and sperm. Clinics maintain medically and genetically screened donor databases, ensuring safety and compliance.
Can we do surrogacy in Russia?
No. Since 2022, Russian law allows surrogacy only for Russian citizens, or couples where at least one spouse is a Russian citizen married in Russia. Foreign citizens cannot use surrogacy in Russia, and we do not offer it — we only assist with IVF, egg and sperm donation and other programs that are lawfully open to foreign nationals.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the program. After the initial consultation and tests you can enter a cycle; most programs require a stay of about two to three weeks in Russia, with the exact timing set by the doctor.
Is there Chinese-language support in Russia?
Yes. From consultation and clinic visits to paperwork, we provide coordination and translation in Chinese throughout, so language is never a worry.
How are costs calculated?
Costs depend on the specific program and confirmed diagnosis and are set by the clinic. We provide a transparent overall budget after assessment and do not publish medical prices on the site.
